Credit Controller

An exciting Credit Controller job has opened up at a global recruitment firm.

About the Credit Controller Role:
The Credit Controller role will report to the Credit Manager and will be responsible for conducting credit checks on new customers, contacting clients to resolve problems in relation to invoice payments, and reconciling complex company accounts. You must also report to the management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential debtor problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new credit requests and conduct client credit checks
• Manage and collect debts from company debtors
• Set up the terms of credit for new clients in the internal system
• Ensure that the appropriate chargeable records are generated, metered correctly, and appear correctly on the system
• Arrange credit adjustments and refunds
• Work with the offshore partner teams to make sure deliverables are met
• Support audits by providing records and documentation to auditors

To succeed in this Credit Controller role, must possess a strong 'can-do' approach whilst having the ability to work autonomously.

Key Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Experience in credit management, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue assurance
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Strong customer focus
