About the Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist Role:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist oversees the area of financial planning, reporting, analysis, monitoring and controlling of budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for areas of financial reporting, planning and budgeting
- Prepare annual budget, profit review, quarterly management report
- Review monthly financial results including operations cost and productivity measures variances, including bridges and analytics
- Ensure that expenses, strategic initiatives, and capital budgets reflect the true financial requirements of the site
- Ensure continuous review of budget throughout the year through analysis of actual v plan variances and discussions with partners
- Build reports to budget owners that draw the attention to important deviations and collaborate to understand explanations

To succeed in this Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist role, you must have three to five years' professional experience in multinational FMCG company in FP&A/budgeting function such as financial forecasting and modelling, budget monitoring and communications and financial reporting and analysis.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or its equivalent
- Strong financial analytical skills, with preferably at least three years of planning and reporting experience with a multinational FMCG
- Strong skills in MS Excel and exposure in SAP and BW, able to drive automation
- Sound understanding of P&L and how initiatives translate to results in P&L
- Readiness and ability to communicate with range of business partners and at various levels
- Ability to manage deadlines under tight time pressure
- Ability to work with high level of details and also see bigger picture
- Adaptable to changing requirements of the business
