About the Fund Accounting Manager Role:
In this role, you will be managing the fund accounting for the client accounting group and act as a subject-matter expert and advise internal and external clients on business strategies, trends, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles supervision, discipline, and hands-on training of staff on performance and career development
• Develops business strategy and goals, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of the work
• Provides recommendation to budget management processes
• Provides support to business groups by maintaining risk and compliance management
• Administers large-scope projects and programs on a cross-functional and technical level within functional areas

To succeed in this Fund Accounting Manager role, you must work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the preparation and review of financial reports.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of accounting or other related courses; preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of seven years’ relevant work experience
• Experienced in unit pricing, fund reconciliation, and valuation
• Experienced in client, controls, and query management
• Knowledgeable in ERP systems such as WINS, GIO, HiPortfolio
