About the IFRS 17 Accounting Manager Role:
In this role, you will be under the planning and reporting team responsible for the handling of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 ongoing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts finance implementation of IFRS 17 and IFRS 9 such as systems testing, preparation of data and reports in accordance with existing standards and guidelines.
• Liaises between the local finance and actuarial teams, regional office, and external consultants
• Ensures completion and proper process of documentation
• Assists in queries, concerns, and ad hoc tasks

To succeed in this role, you must be a graduate of accounting or other finance-related courses.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least five years of work experience with an insurance background
• Exposure to IFRS 17/IFRS 9 and insurance company financial statements
• Strong knowledge and understanding of life insurance accounting process
