Accounting Manager (CPA)

About the Accounting Manager (CPA) Role:
The Accounting Manager reports directly to the Finance Manager, and is responsible for the accounting side of the business in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day finance process; timely monthly closing, AP and AR, IC, invoicing, audit planning and execution, including management and processing of corporate income tax, staff withholding tax and other Philippine taxes compliance and reporting and business support to local management team
• Collection of outstanding receivables
• Prepare quarterly forecast and budget
• Manage local registrations and statutory reporting as well as internal controls and process improvements
• Other ad hoc administration tasks

To succeed in this Accounting Manager (CPA) role, you will need to have at least five years of experience in accounting or controllership with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or equivalent
• Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
• Background in consumer electronics, medical device industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge and exposure in accounting process
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Readiness to work in Makati, and report on site everyday
