About the Finance Manager Role:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will oversee the general accounting and finance operations functions within the organisation and deliver assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability and complete monthly taxation filing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop policies and procedures and controls for the organisation
• Establish, implement, and monitor financial controls
• Prepare reports with Bureau of Internal Revenue such as but not limited to final withholding tax, VAT, and fringe benefit tax
• Prepare payments to suppliers, reimbursement of expenses and other related accounts
• Correspond daily with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and regionally
• Conduct financial process in ensuring the company is reporting all financial and other information accurately and on a timely basis
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions in the local and international business functions
• Analyse and implement areas for improvement and optimisation across the company’s general accounting and finance operations, policies, and processes
• Manage and supervise at least four people and provide necessary guidance, training, and consistent leadership to the team

To ensure success in this Finance Manager role, you must have a vast experience in finance and accounting, strong attention to detail, great analytical skill, and a proactive approach in every situation.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting operations
• Must be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Proactive candidate and individual keen on the details
• Urgency to respond well in a global business environment
• Strong accountability, leadership, and communication skills are necessary
