About the Finance Manager Role:
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Regional Finance Manager in Malaysia and will be responsible for general accounting and management reporting of the company’s departments. You will also oversee the accounting and finance team in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reconciliation
• Manage accounting and closing activities
• Perform full cycle of accounting and record keeping
• Management reporting, analysis and consolidation
• People management

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must have at least five years’ experience in end-to-end accounting and financial reporting in any type of industry.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must have external audit experience in a Big 4 audit firm
• Strong leadership skills, driven, committed and proactive
• Strong business acumen, detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
