About the Accounts Payable Team Lead Role:
The Accounts Payable Team Lead spearheads the team of accountants dealing with all accounts payable related transactions and reports to the Director overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees cash flow report, ensures payments accuracy, payment verification and reviews checks and vouchers
• Develops guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records
• Facilitates correct and timely preparation of budget reports and purchase journals
• Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records and ensures proper record keeping of purchases for use in tax preparation and periodic audits
• Trains and oversees employees involved in billing functions and ensure correctness of their work and posted entries

The successful Accounts Payable Team Lead has at least five years’ experience in shared services industries and the ability to lead a group of people.

Key Requirements:

• Accounting/Finance graduate
• At least five years' supervisory experience in a shared services industry
• Exposure with clients in APAC and ANZ and non-purchase order-based organisation is preferred
• ORACLE background and committed to report onsite daily
