About the Accounts Payable Analyst Role:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for checking the accuracy of data entries of all invoices including the coding and approval selection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple accounts payable email inboxes
• Review and follow up on approvals for payments, including regular reporting to business stakeholders
• Reconcile vendor statements as required and perform weekly payment runs
• Ensure all processes are followed and documented to meet the companies SOX and audit requirements
• Participate in the regular review of processes to improve suppliers, customers, and users experience
• Set up/update vendors in the ERP system

To succeed in this Accounts Payable Analyst role, you must have a holistic exposure on accounts payable handling non-PO accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Accounting/finance graduate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum of two years of AP experience, ideally in a non-PO environment
• Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits, reversing journals)
• Intermediate knowledge in MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Knowledge of Invoice ingestion/coding systems such as Inspyrus or Readsoft is a plus
