About the Accounting Specialist Role:
You will be responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, taxation, and other general accounting practices. This role will mainly focus on ensuring the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and financial relevance of the reports. You will also be responsible for complete filing, archiving accounting documents while providing support by driving improvements in process and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be accountable for all accounting and tax to ensure all transactions and processes comply with local policy and regulations
• Manage bookkeeping, complete filing, archiving accounting documents while providing support in delivering revenue assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability
• Perform month-end closing, reconciliations, and consolidation reports for all assigned clients
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, taxes, and audited financial statements, certify backline account reconciliations
• Manage daily correspondences with internal and external stakeholders or inter-companies on collection, payment, and billing matters

To succeed in this Accounting Specialist role, you must have a minimum of two years’ experience in end-to-end accounting.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Account
• At least two years’ experience in general accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Willing to render overtime
• Can start as soon as possible
• Willing be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna or Makati office
