As a Treasury Specialist, you will support the APAC countries' financial directors in Treasury related topics, enforce compliance guidelines, and transfer financial knowledge to new team members. Additionally, you will directly collaborate with the group's Corporate Treasury team by monitoring and initiating foreign exchange hedges, managing cash flow forecasting, and supporting in various recurring and project related tasks to ensure efficient operations within APAC.
What you'll do:
As a Treasury Specialist, your role is pivotal in supporting the APAC countries' financial directors on Treasury related topics. You will be responsible for enforcing compliance guidelines and transferring financial knowledge to new team members.
- Monitor and initiate foreign exchange hedging to minimise foreign currency exposure in APAC.
- Assess and manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations/support in cash flow forecasting.
- Assist with the execution of internal dividend planning.
- Participate in various recurring tasks (user management review, banking costs analysis, bank onboarding processes) and any upcoming Treasury related projects.
- Share and transfer financial knowledge to new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage centralised treasury tasks through the knowledge centre, setting standard processes for the team and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
What you bring:
As a Treasury Specialist, you bring along a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. A CFA Charterholder or someone who is currently working towards obtaining the CFA designation would be highly preferred.

- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
