Accounting Supervisor

Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Finance & Accounting Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and mentor a team of accountants, oversee daily accounting operations, and ensure the accuracy of financial reports.

What you'll do:

As an Finance & Accounting Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our client's finance department. Your primary responsibility will be managing the daily operations of the corporate accounting division. This includes Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards such as BIR & SEC reports. You will prepare monthly and annual Financial Statements while coordinating with various stakeholders. Your role will also involve collaboration across departments for process improvement and policy development.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance & Accounting Supervisor position brings a wealth of experience in general accounting. You have spent at least five years honing your skills in this field, with particular emphasis on handling BIR reports and processes. Your knowledge of Financial Reporting, GAAP, and BIR regulations is up-to-date. As a tech-savvy professional, you are proficient in MS Excel. Above all, you possess a growth mindset that drives you to seek opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate (CPA is a plus)
• At least 4 years of experience in General Accounting & Finance
• Experience in handling BIR reports and processes
• Updated knowledge in Financial Reporting, GAAP and BIR regulations
• Proficiency in MS Excel
