ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR
What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, your role will be crucial in managing the accounts payable functions. You will be responsible for leading a team of clerks, ensuring efficient invoice processing, preparing electronic payments, maintaining vendor relationships, conducting regular reconciliations, assisting in month-end closing activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your keen attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall success of the company.
* Lead and supervise a team of Accounts Payable clerks, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Manage the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports.
* Oversee the preparation and processing of electronic payments to vendors and suppliers.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolving billing discrepancies and payment issues promptly.
* Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounts payable operations.

* Proven experience in accounts payable management or a related financial role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts payable management.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Able to do night shift schedule.
