What you'll do:
As an Investor Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with both potential and existing investors.
* Manage day-to-day liaising, communication, and coordination with current and prospective investment parties
* Communicate the company's sustainability activities and prepare appropriate reports
* Assist in organizing investor events like earnings calls, analyst meetings, and investor conferences
* Prepare presentations, analysis and research necessary for senior management to evaluate investment prospects
* Collaborate with financial reporting departments to populate SEC and PSE reports with appropriate financial data
* Communicate information about the Company through press releases, web pages, media articles, interviews, and disclosures
* Provide assistance with fielding queries made by internal or external contacts relevant to investments
* Participate in roadshows and one-on-one meetings with current shareholders and new investors
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Investor Relations Officer position brings a wealth of experience in investor relations or similar roles. Your knowledge of financial markets, financial institutions, investments along with your familiarity with stock markets or equity/debt instruments will be crucial in this role.
* Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, business administration or finance/accounting/banking or any other related field
* At least 3 years of work experience in investor relations or similar roles
* Knowledge of Financial Markets, Financial institutions, and investments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with stock markets or equity/debt instruments
