Our client is seeking a Treasury Officer to manage relationships with both potential and existing investors. This role will act as the official representative, facilitating communication between the company and its stakeholders, management, and external investment parties. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing presentations, documents, data analysis and research, reports, websites, and other tools to manage the company's image and information dissemination.

What you'll do:

As a Treasury Officer, your role will be pivotal in managing relationships with both potential and existing investors. You will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between the company, its major stakeholders, management, and external investment parties. Your excellent presentation skills will be utilised in creating engaging presentations, documents, data analysis and research that effectively communicate the status of the company to external parties. Your strong analytical skills will be put to use in producing reports on the company’s financial performance in relation to the industry and competitors.

  • Manage day-to-day liaising with current and prospective investment parties
  • Communicate the company's sustainability activities and prepare appropriate reports
  • Assist in organising investor events such as earnings calls, analyst meetings, and investor conferences
  • Prepare presentations, analysis and research necessary for senior management to make decisions on investors
  • Collaborate with financial reporting departments to populate SEC and PSE reports with appropriate financial data
  • Communicate information about the Company through press releases, web pages, media articles, interviews, and disclosures
  • Provide assistance with fielding and answering queries relevant to investments
  • Participate in roadshows and meetings with current shareholders and new investors

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Treasury Officer position brings a wealth of experience in investor relations or corporate finance. Your knowledge of Financial Markets and investments will be crucial in this role. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders while your familiarity with stock markets or equity/debt instruments will aid in your understanding of the financial landscape. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in analysing the company’s financial performance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, economics, business administration or finance/accounting/banking
  • At least 3 years of work experience in investor relations or corporate finance
  • Knowledge of Financial Markets and investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with stock markets or equity/debt instruments
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
