Senior Accountant

A General Accounting Manager who will be shaping and leading the general accounting function for an organisation based in Manila. • Establish, document, and standardise accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting structures that support business scalability and operational efficiency.
• Drive the set-up of new entities by implementing appropriate accounting systems, developing reporting frameworks, and designing operational procedures tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives including process improvements and automation projects aimed at enhancing overall efficiency.
