As a Finance Supervisor, you will play an integral role in managing the financial health of poultry farms and processing facilities. Your responsibilities will span supervising daily accounting operations—including payables, receivables, payroll coordination—and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports that inform strategic decisions while assisting with critical month-end and year-end processes. Overseeing inventory accounting ensures proper valuation of assets while periodic reconciliations maintain accuracy skills as you work together with various stakeholders towards shared goals.

  • Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the recording of all farm, production, and plant-related transactions to guarantee data integrity and transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Farm, and Warehouse teams to validate cost data and ensure alignment between operational activities and financial records.
  • Implement cost control measures aimed at improving profitability while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency throughout the supply chain.
  • Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for both farms and processing plants by gathering relevant data and providing insightful analysis.
  • Track budget utilization on an ongoing basis, report variances promptly to management, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  • Oversee inventory accounting for items such as feeds, live birds, dressed chicken, packaging materials, supplies, biological assets, finished goods, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.

What you bring:
