What you'll do:

As a Senior Accountant, you will play an integral role in shaping the financial health of a respected real estate organization.   • Develop revenue projections and forecast expenditure to support strategic planning and informed decision-making within the organization.

  • Perform additional accounting duties as assigned, adapting flexibly to changing priorities within the finance team.

  • Working knowledge of tax laws and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) enables you to navigate complex regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially Excel—allows you to manage data efficiently and produce high-quality reports.
  • Strong financial analysis skills empower you to interpret data accurately and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
