What you'll do:
As a Japanese or Korean Bilingual Accounting Clerk – Cash Applications based in Taguig City, you will be entrusted with managing high volumes of customer payments with exceptional accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve applying payments across multiple channels using advanced ERP systems while maintaining clear communication with customers regarding remittance details.
- Accurately apply incoming customer payments—including ACH transfers, wire transactions, cheques, and credit card payments—to the correct invoices and customer accounts using the ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, overpayments, and other payment discrepancies efficiently to maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger.
- Retrieve, interpret, and manage remittance information from various sources such as bank statements, customer portals, and email correspondence with utmost precision.
- Communicate professionally with customers via voice and email channels to request remittance details and address payment-related inquiries in a considerate manner.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of cash postings to ensure accuracy and support the month-end closing process within the Finance Service Centre.

- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years’ experience in cash application, accounts receivable or related accounting roles are welcome; prior exposure is essential for understanding key processes.
- Solid understanding of the order-to-cash cycle with specific expertise in cash application principles ensures you can navigate complex financial transactions confidently.
- Hands-on experience using major ERP systems is required; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is also necessary for managing data accurately.
