What you'll do:
As a Japanese or Korean Bilingual Cash Application Manager in Taguig City, you will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of cash application operations within the Finance Service Centre. Your daily responsibilities will involve setting priorities that align with key business outcomes such as timely cash posting and accounts receivable integrity. You will leverage advanced methodologies to analyse workflows from bank intake through reconciliation—identifying inefficiencies and implementing targeted improvements.
- Set strategy and priorities for cash application operations to ensure alignment with business outcomes such as timely cash posting, accounts receivable integrity, reduction of unapplied cash, compliance adherence, and enhanced customer experience.
- Apply methodologies like value stream mapping to analyse the entire workflow including bank/lockbox intake, remittance capture, posting, exception handling, reconciliation; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for greater efficiency.
- Lead governance routines and process-level reviews with client subject matter experts; report performance metrics, risks, and progress on continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring commitments are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client process subject matter experts to translate business needs into actionable solutions; resolve operational escalations promptly and ensure the delivery model aligns with day-to-day realities.
- Manage operational relationships with process subject matter experts by bridging business requirements with service delivery capabilities; enable adoption of new processes or tools effectively.

To excel as a Japanese or Korean Bilingual Cash Application Manager in Taguig City, your background should reflect substantial experience in finance operations management—particularly within cash application or accounts receivable functions. Your proficiency in Japanese or Korean will allow you to connect seamlessly with global customers while supporting diverse market needs. You bring deep expertise in analysing processes using methodologies like value stream mapping which enables you to optimise workflows efficiently.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Korean language is highly desirable to support global customer bases across diverse markets.
- 6-8 years of proven experience in cash application management or accounts receivable/order-to-cash operations leadership within finance operations environments.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic operational leadership with measurable outcomes in process performance transformation.
- Deep expertise in process analysis methodologies such as value stream mapping; skilled at workflow optimisation and control strengthening.
- Strong executive presence with experience leading governance routines involving client subject matter experts; adept at escalation management.
- Advanced financial acumen including understanding of financial statement impacts, operational cost drivers (manual touch rate/exceptions/rework/backlog), and cost-effectiveness opportunities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems/cash application tooling; capable of operationalising change within service delivery models.
