About the Head of Shared Services (VISMIN) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for strategic planning and recommendations to implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete key action plans and audits, identify trends and implement improvements and change
• Manage financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and budgeting
• Define accounting policies and procedures to give recommendations to operational issues, liaising with the internal and external audit, tax, legal and treasury teams
• Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls

To succeed in this role, you must possess a minimum of five years' relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a shared services MNC is preferred
• Experience with performing consolidation and dealing with auditors
• Experience with migration from US to the PH
• Knowledge of US GAAP
