About the Finance Manager Role:
Reporting operationally to the Country General Manager and functionally to the Finance Director based in Malaysia, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the finance and accounting department for the Philippine’s business operations and deliver revenue assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability and complete monthly taxation filings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing policies and operating procedures and controls for the group’s operating office and ensuring financial integrity of the business entity
• Establishing, implementing, and monitoring financial controls
• Preparing reports with Bureau of Internal Revenue such as but not limited to Expanded Withholding Tax, Withholding Tax on Compensation, Final Withholding tax, VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax
• Corresponding regularly with internal and external stakeholders and proactively partner with other functions in the periodic reviews and preparation
• Handling treasury management including cash flow monitoring and forecasting, and communicate regularly with internal and external partners to secure necessary funding for operations
• Performing month-end closing, reconciliations and reports (regional daily sales report, regional weekly sales report, monitory and amend zero cost sales)
• Making commercial recommendations on key financial decisions to the regional finance and commercial teams

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must have a minimum of five years of managerial experience in a multinational culture, with at least three years of experience at international audit firms.

Key Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least eight years’ experience in finance and accounting
• Proficient in the Oracle ERP system and familiar with US GAAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised and keen on detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
