About the Finance Head - Healthcare Role:
Reporting to the Finance Director of the Healthcare Business Unit, this role will oversee the controllership, commercial finance, and trade finance teams within the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial closes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of accounting operations and controllership functions including financial audits, internal financial reports, tax planning and reporting, commercial agreements; and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions
• Provide strategic analysis to the management team and key business stakeholders with recommendations for improvement through the interpretation of financial metrics
• Lead, and review performance management cycle and other key metrics to maximise performance – headcount investment, OPEX, and compensation structure
• Responsible for assessing risks and creating a strong internal controls environment to manage the risks associated with running the operation
• Implement financial process and policy where relevant to ensure the company is reporting all financial and other information accurately and on a timely basis
• Provide necessary guidance, training, and consistent leadership to the team and overall business

To succeed in this Finance Head - Healthcare role, you must have holistic and progressive experience in finance controllership, and commercial finance with strong business acumen and readiness to roll up your sleeves.

Key Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in finance controllership within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
• Must be a CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Experience with design, development and implementation of value added business analytics
• Ability to operate well in a fast moving and ambiguous environment
• Ability to work independently and respond well in a dynamic business environment
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills are necessary
• Knowledge of quantitative techniques, negotiation and project management
