What you’ll do:
As an Accounting Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's financial operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee the general ledger accounting and reconciliation process.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.
- Manage the relationship with internal partners and external auditors during annual audits.
- Serve as a strategic partner to department heads providing financial insights.
- Lead initiatives to streamline accounting processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
What you bring:
As an Accounting Manager, you bring proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role. You possess advanced knowledge of financial analysis reporting and are proficient in using financial software and ERP systems. You have demonstrated strategic thinking abilities which you use to drive change within the organisation.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo).

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- CPA or relevant professional certification.
