What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial side of our client's business operations in the Philippines. You will be tasked with ensuring timely and accurate financial accounting, managing key performance indicators, overseeing cash flow, coordinating monthly actual status reports, planning year-end audits, ensuring tax compliance, among other responsibilities. Your ability to take initiative, respect deadlines, pay attention to detail, and deliver results will be crucial for success in this role.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial accounting including AP, AR, IC invoicing, asset management and depreciation
- Manage collection of Outstanding Receivables
- Manage KPIs such as Days of Sales Outstanding WIP and AR
- Ensure legal compliance – working with RFD to ensure optimized legal set-up
- Contribute to initiatives and help drive all large improvement processes
- Oversee and manage cash flow
- Coordinate and prepare monthly actual status and all annual financials
- Plan and execute year-end audit
- Ensure corporate income tax, staff withholding tax and other Philippine taxes compliance and reporting
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience from auditing or accounting roles with international exposure. You possess deep knowledge of accounting principles and have strong analytical abilities. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across different levels of the organisation. Fluency in English as well as the local language is essential for this role. Advanced Excel skills are required along with comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Tax laws. A tertiary education with a formal qualification in accounting, finance or business is highly desirable.
- CPA license is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience working on a similar role
- Deep knowledge of accounting
