What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing both financial accounting/reporting and finance operations. You will handle month-end close and reporting packages, provide instructions to the Shared Service Center, and review their output. Additionally, you will handle annual statutory audits, tax filings, and other statutory reporting. Your role will also involve performing internal control assessments as per group requirements and taking on any ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned. Furthermore, you will act as an Office Manager providing administrative support to the Philippines office.
- Manage finance operations including AP, AR, Bank and Payment, Treasury, Interco cross charge with support from Shared Service Center
- Handle month end close and reporting package, providing instructions to Shared Service Center and review their output
- Handle annual statutory audit, tax filing and other statutory reporting
- Perform Internal control assessment per the Group requirement
- Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned
- Act as Office Manager and provides administrative support to Philippines office
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position is a qualified accountant with audit experience. You should hold a degree in Business/Finance discipline and have 3-5 years of commercial experience, preferably within multinational corporations. Fluency in English is essential for this role. You should be able to manage a full set of local books, statutory and tax reporting. A hands-on approach and self-motivation are key attributes we are looking for. As a team player, your ability to collaborate and communicate across functions/organizations will be crucial. Good knowledge of Excel is also required.

- 3-5 years of commercial experience, preferably in MNCs
