Finance Manager

An exciting Finance Manager job has just become available at one of the leading multinational software solutions companies in the Philippines. Based in Ortigas city, this role will take part of a dynamic team within the organisation.

About the Finance Manager Role:
The Finance Manager will report to a Finance Director, and take ownership of the day-to-day operations with regards to finance compliance and controls of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to financial accounting procedure and policies, internal control guidelines, and local regulations
• Regularly review balance sheet reconciliations and oversee the monitoring and resolution of reconciliation between general ledger, subsidiary ledger, and HFM management reports
• Manage cyclical closing of financial books in compliance with management, statutory, and tax reporting requirements, and provide support in the submission of documentary requirements for in the conduct of various internal, external, and tax audits
• Coordinate with operations heads for a wide range of finance and procurement requirements on a regular basis
• Oversee procurement, treasury, and payroll functions within the organisation, and assist the Finance Director in carrying out the department’s objectives in productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• People development and management, ensuring that team members are trained and motivated

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must have at least 10 year's experience in finance and accounting.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, Business, or equivalent experience, and must be a CPA
• Should have at least three years’ experience in a leadership capacity within a shared services, IT, or global company
• Excellent communication skills who can work at all levels in the organisation
• Strong work ethic, analytical, a team player
• Focused and attentive to detail
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent stakeholder management skills
