About the Business Finance Controller Role:
The Business Finance Controller will be responsible for the overall financial planning and forecasting of the manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in developing and/or improving standard financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis
• Prepares complex financial information and interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability
• Applies a working knowledge on various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphical correspondence to put together, manipulate and format data
• Analyses budget adjustments and other cost improvement measures
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly periodic reports
• Prepares ad hoc financial analyses/reports
• Contributes to the development and reviews of certain financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators

To succeed in this Business Finance Controller role, you must possess a strong can-do approach and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• At least five years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Background in cost and financial accounting from a manufacturing industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented, transformational mindset, and with high level of integrity and work values
• Good communication skills in English
• Computer literate, skilled in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio
• Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information
• Preferably with 5 - 10 years of experience specialising in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent, in a role in Management/Cost Accounting/Business Analyst or equivalent
