An attractive APAC Financial Analyst job has been opened up at an IT solutions company.
About the APAC Financial Analyst Role: The APAC Financial Analyst reports to the Treasury and APAC Manager in Australia. The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst APAC is to prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analyses and to support month/quarter/year-end close activities for the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly reporting for the international HO team including monthly cash flow forecast capital model, CapEx forecast, bank report, ARCC deck, etc.
Prepare additional quarterly, half-year and year-end reporting and assist with month-end close including review and upload to Hyperion of Renewals, global sales and selected support data for all APAC entities
Reconcile and review intercompany account balances and preparation of monthly net working capital metrics reports for the APAC Credit Services Director
Support the APAC Senior Financial Analyst with the forecasting and budgeting process
Manage annual transfer pricing cross-charge billing process, undertaking investigative work and research as required by management and providing trouble-shooting support to local finance teams
To succeed in this APAC Financial Analyst role, you must have at least three years’ experience in FS reports and FP&A.
Key Requirements:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Ability to analyse financial data and variances and provide insightful commentary
Strong intermediate or advanced Excel skills and ability to prepare PowerPoint
Good problem-solving skills – proven experience in recognising, understanding and solving problems
Ability to work independently, with little supervision and high self-motivation and energy levels
Strong organisational and time management skills
