A leading food solutions company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Lead. In this job, you will be responsible for providing commercial finance analysis and introduction of new product lines of the company.

About the Financial Planning Lead Role:
In this role, you will be part of the growing finance team and you will be responsible for providing financial insights and business projections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide FP&A support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject-matter expert to provide additional insights
• Work on the projects and initiatives that impact the entire organisation
• Conduct analysis and provide professional input to the increasing product line of the company
• Prepare annual budget and forecasting reports to be submitted to the Head of Finance and research on the variances and identify opportunities for improvement

To succeed in this Financial Planning Lead role, you must have experience in general accounting, budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.

Key Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Previous FP&A work experience
• At least six years’ experience in finance and accounting
• Experience working in similar industry is a plus
• Good analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while meeting critical deadlines
• Good verbal and written communications skills
