Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide key financial insights and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to use as you provide insightful commentaries on monthly financial results and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts. You will also have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of SAP as you prepare various management reports. Your role will extend beyond finance as you liaise with both internal and external auditors, ensuring all financial practices are compliant and transparent.
* Provide commentaries on the monthly financial results for discussion with Leader, Finance.
* Assist Leader, Finance in the preparation of monthly sales, and P&L forecasts.
* Act as contact person for Internal and External Auditors.
* Review pricing and standard cost calculation.
* Champion finance on taxation issues.
* Liaise with FSSC during month end closing.
* Perform any ad hoc tasks as required.
What you bring:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial in this role. Your ability to work independently while meeting critical deadlines demonstrates your commitment and dedication. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with various stakeholders within the business. Your proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of SAP will be essential tools in your day-to-day responsibilities. Your previous audit experience or significant experience from a selling company will provide valuable insights into this role.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPA.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while meeting critical deadlines.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel.
* Knowledgeable in SAP.
* At least 1 to 2 years audit experience from a reputable auditing firm or at least 3 years significant experience from a selling company.
