You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance, providing regional exception reports, monitoring cash deposits and physical inventory, and implementing system updates. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you train finance personnel and attend business reviews.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of financial operations within the company. You will be tasked with ensuring compliance across all sales offices, providing detailed regional exception reports, controlling AR aging and collection efficiency, among other duties. Your keen eye for detail will be essential in monitoring physical inventory counts and reconciliations. Furthermore, your analytical skills will be put to good use as you review daily closings and cash treasury and stock settlements. You will also play a pivotal role in implementing system updates at the sales office level and recommending improvements where necessary. Training finance personnel and attending business reviews will also fall under your purview.
* Ensure sales offices' compliance on daily closing of SOAS, Book of Original Entries, Balance Sheet and Reconciliation Statement
* Provide regional exception reports, expenses vs. budget, Profit Leaks Control
* Monitor cash deposits, bank reconciliation and remittance to Head Office
* Control AR aging and collection efficiency
* Monitor physical inventory count and reconciliation
* Review daily closing and cash treasury and stocks settlement
* Ensure implementation of system update at sales office level
* Recommend improvements in the system
* Train finance personnel
* Attend business reviews
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance Business Partner role is a graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Accounting or any related course with at least 3 years experience in Accounting or Audit. Your analytical skills coupled with your attention to detail will enable you to excel in this role. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with various stakeholders within the company. A willingness to work in Pasig City is required along with the readiness to travel nationwide.
