Senior Financial Controller

What you’ll do:
As a Sr Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic choices and steering company performance.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results
- Prepare internal and external management reporting packages
- Set and track goals to steer company performance
- Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data
- Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
- Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sr Finance Business Partner position will bring a wealth of experience in controlling or FP&A along with a strong knowledge of accounting principles. A hands-on mentality coupled with strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities will set you apart.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus
- Hands-on mentality with strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience
