Senior Financial Controller

What you’ll do:

As a Sr Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the organisation. You will be instrumental in guiding strategic choices and steering company performance.

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results
• Prepare internal and external management reporting packages
• Set and track goals to steer company performance
• Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data
• Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency
• Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sr Finance Business Partner position will bring a wealth of experience in controlling or FP&A along with a strong knowledge of accounting principles. A hands-on mentality coupled with strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities will set you apart.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
• Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus
• Hands-on mentality with strong analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience
