This position offers you the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing essential insights that drive strategic decisions and support organisational growth.

What you'll do:

As a FP&A Manager, you will play an integral role in driving the organisation’s financial strategy through meticulous planning, robust analysis, and effective communication.

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of comprehensive financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans that underpin key business objectives.
  • Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis and insights that empower stakeholders across the organisation to make informed decisions.
  • Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles by coordinating data gathering, aligning with various business units, conducting variance analysis, and preparing detailed reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify critical business drivers, assess their impact on performance, and provide thoughtful recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all financial reporting and analysis are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required to address emerging business needs or support special projects.
  • Assist in preparing high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership meetings, ensuring complex information is communicated clearly.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere within the finance team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues’ development.
  • Champion best practices in financial processes to enhance efficiency and reliability across all reporting activities.

What you bring:

To excel as a FP&A Manager in this organisation, you will bring proven experience in managing complex financial processes within large businesses. Your background should include hands-on involvement with budgeting cycles, forecasting exercises, variance analysis, and compliance-driven reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA, FMVA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning or analysis roles within complex organisations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Finance and Financial Statements
  • Demonstrate advanced abilities in building robust financial models and performing detailed data analysis using industry-standard tools.
  • Possess excellent communication skills that enable you to present complex financial reports clearly to senior leadership audiences.
  • Exhibit outstanding stakeholder management capabilities by building trust-based relationships across multiple business units.
  • Display a collaborative approach when working with colleagues from different functions to achieve shared goals efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements relevant to financial reporting.
  • Have experience preparing impactful presentations for executive-level meetings that translate data into actionable insights.
