Business Controller

What you’ll do:
As a FP&A Manager your role will be pivotal in providing transparency and supporting the overall business on a local and regional perspective. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, mitigating financial risks and ensuring reliable execution of controlling tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping and executing the performance management cycle. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions within a dynamic environment.
- Provide transparency and support the Finance Business Partner in creating relevant business insights
- Identify opportunities and financial risks
- Ensure reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks
- Support the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle
- Lead projects as a subject matter expert
- Work on problems of diverse scope with minimal instruction
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this position brings a wealth of experience from their progressive career in finance. With at least 10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your analytical skills and financial modelling proficiency. You are comfortable working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Finance and Accounting or other disciplines from a reputable University / qualified CPA or CFA or CMA is a plus
- At least 10 years of progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/ controlling in multi-national corporations or well-known Philippine based company
- Prior experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and communication skills, with proven ability to influence Senior Leaders
- Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling
- Advanced skill in use of SAP and reporting platforms are essential
