What you'll do:

As a Financial Analyst in this respected professional services firm’s Southeast Asia team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting robust financial management across multiple business units. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing comprehensive reports that inform strategic decisions while partnering closely with both finance colleagues and operational teams.

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports by conducting detailed variance analysis against budgets and forecasts to provide actionable insights.
• Support the creation of management reports and dashboards that deliver clear visibility into financial performance for key decision-makers across the business.
• Examine revenue streams, costs, utilisation rates, and profit margins across various projects or business units to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Upload, manage, and monitor forecasts within financial planning systems such as Anaplan or similar tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Track key financial KPIs regularly, highlighting potential risks or opportunities for timely intervention by relevant stakeholders.
• Support project finance management activities including revenue recognition, cost tracking, work-in-progress monitoring, invoicing processes, and accounts receivable follow-up.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required for this position as it forms the foundation of your technical expertise.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or FP&A within professional services or similar environments ensures you can hit the ground running.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential for managing complex datasets; familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle or Anaplan is highly advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities allow you to present findings clearly to both finance professionals and non-finance audiences alike.
• Some exposure to Philippines local tax processes (direct/indirect taxes) or BIR matters positions you well for supporting future tax-related initiatives.
