About the Audit Supervisor Role:
Reporting to the Audit Manager, this role oversees the internal audit functions within the organisation and deliver assurance by driving improvements in process and accountability and complete various audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create an annual audit plan and organise the auditing process
• Manage the planning and reporting of internal audits of the company's operations, finances, and adherence to rules and regulations
• Audit physical inventory and audit internal books in accordance with BIR compliance
• Ensure quality and timely delivery by supervising the audit team
• Provide relevant feedback after evaluating the performance of the audit crew
• Create reports that include audit findings and suggestions and develop budgets and schedules for upcoming audits
• Analyse the present auditing practices and provide process improvements to increase operational efficiency, evaluate and improve internal controls and fix any audit problems as soon as possible
• Discuss with management the audit's findings, suggestions, and necessary next steps
• Create thorough and accurate audit work papers, then place them in the department repository

To ensure success in this Audit Supervisor role, you must have a vast experience in audit, strong attention to detail, great analytical skill, and a proactive approach in every situation.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in auditing, a plus if the focus was on internal audit
• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Proactive candidate and individual keen on the details
• Urgency to respond well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong accountability, leadership, and communication skills are necessary
