Our client is looking for US Audit Assurance Manager to join their team remotely. This dynamic role focuses on the growth and quality of services, working closely with company management to scale operations. The successful candidate will be expected to perform routine engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner, prepare and review audit engagements, and mentor staff members.
What you'll do:
As a US Audit Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's operations. You will be responsible for supervising, training, and mentoring seniors and staff while managing multiple client relationships, engagements, and special projects.
- Supervise, train and mentor seniors and staff
- Plan, execute and report on audit, review and compilation engagements
- Develop areas of technical expertise to become a resource to the firm
- Manage multiple client relationships, engagements and special projects
- Present audit results to clients and answer questions about GAAP or GAAS financial reporting matters
- Engage clients in discussions about the strategic and operational effectiveness of their organization
- Delegate tasks effectively to all levels of the assurance team staff
- Participate in business development activities for the firm
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the US Audit Assurance Manager position brings excellent leadership skills coupled with proficiency in technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Familiarity with QuickBooks or other write-up software would be advantageous. Your ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently will set you apart in this role. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required for this position; however, a Master’s degree is preferred. Additionally, CPA certification is required with US CPA certification being a plus.
