Enterprise Risk Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join a well-established organization at their Head Office in Quezon City. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Management framework and Business Continuity Management System, ensuring that risks are proactively managed, and monitored.
What you'll do:
You will be entrusted with driving the development of robust frameworks that underpin both enterprise risk management and business continuity. The day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with various stakeholders, facilitate workshops, maintaining up-to-date records that inform strategic decisions. Overseeing business continuity initiatives by organizing scenario planning sessions that test organizational readiness for unexpected events.
- Embed risk management principles into company policies, decision-making processes, and performance management systems to foster a culture of proactive risk awareness.
- Facilitate comprehensive enterprise-wide risk identification workshops with functional heads to capture strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks across the business.
- Maintain and regularly update the Corporate Risk Register by ensuring clear ownership of risks, conducting impact analysis, and establishing effective treatment plans.
- Perform regular risk assessments to anticipate emerging threats and opportunities that could affect business objectives or disrupt operations.
- Create and manage risk dashboards along with key risk indicators (KRIs) for accurate reporting to management and the Board.
- Coordinate quarterly risk reviews and prepare detailed risk management reports for the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Committee, and Audit & Risk Committee.
- Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans to ensure their effectiveness in reducing exposure.
- Oversee the Business Continuity Management framework by ensuring readiness for potential disruptions such as disasters, system failures, or supply chain issues.
- Lead scenario planning exercises and simulation drills to assess organisational preparedness for crisis situations.

- Professional certifications such as CRMA or ISO 31000 Certified Risk Manager are mandatory to demonstrate your expertise in risk management methodologies; CPA qualification is considered advantageous but not essential.
- A minimum of five to seven years’ experience in risk management, internal audit or corporate governance—preferably within retail or FMCG sectors—will enable you to navigate industry-specific challenges effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks combined with a strong grasp of internal controls and financial management practices is vital for success in this position.
- Exceptional analytical skills are necessary for evaluating data trends while facilitation abilities will help you lead productive workshops with functional heads.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for building trust across departments as you advise on risk exposure and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools as well as advanced risk reporting software is needed to create impactful dashboards and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience coordinating scenario planning exercises or simulation drills will be highly beneficial when assessing organisational preparedness for crises.
