A leading organisation in Makati is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to join their Corporate Finance team. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to lead and nurture a dedicated group of treasury professionals, driving operational excellence and supporting business continuity. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining cash processes, ensuring transaction accuracy, and enhancing relationships with banking partners across multiple legal entities.

What you'll do:

As a Treasury Supervisor based in Makati, you will be entrusted with guiding a talented team of treasury professionals towards achieving operational excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around nurturing team members’ skills through mentorship and cross-training while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. You will be instrumental in building robust relationships with banking partners spanning three legal entities—overseeing everything from account administration to compliance with KYC/AML standards.

  • Guide and support a team of four treasury professionals, providing mentorship, cross-training opportunities, and performance feedback to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with banking partners across three legal entities, overseeing account administration, KYC/AML compliance, and service agreements.
  • Monitor bank performance regularly, negotiate terms when necessary, and ensure all banking covenants are met through diligent oversight.
  • Manage credit facilities, term loans, and working capital lines by handling facility availment requests, loan drawdowns, rollovers, interest payments, and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate the setup of new banking loan facilities by managing documentation requirements and facilitating internal approvals.
  • Execute foreign exchange transactions to manage currency exposure effectively while maintaining accurate documentation in SAP systems.
  • Oversee daily cash operations including liquidity monitoring, fund transfers, positioning activities, and approval of treasury-related entries in SAP.
  • Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts as well as budgets to support strategic financial planning within the organisation.
  • Identify gaps in existing treasury processes and design new workflows that enhance efficiency and control over financial operations.
  • Develop custom templates, trackers, or dashboards to improve visibility into key metrics while collaborating with IT and Finance teams on automation initiatives.

What you bring:

To excel as a Treasury Supervisor in this organisation’s Corporate Finance department, you will bring a wealth of proven experience spanning all facets of treasury management—from cash forecasting through loan agreement negotiation to foreign exchange operations. Your background includes several years spent guiding teams or supervising direct reports within fast-paced environments where accuracy is paramount. You possess advanced technical skills not only in Excel but also across various treasury management systems—enabling you to produce insightful financial dashboards that inform decision-making at every level.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline from an accredited institution is required for this role.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience within treasury management or corporate finance functions
  • Track record of successfully managing complex banking relationships as well as overseeing loan facilities (including credit lines) from inception through ongoing maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience executing foreign exchange transactions coupled with familiarity in maintaining proper documentation within ERP platforms such as SAP.
  • Background in process improvement initiatives—designing new workflows or developing custom tools—to enhance efficiency within financial operations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cash forecasting techniques as well as deep understanding of loan agreements and foreign exchange principles gained through extensive experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities that allow you to influence stakeholders positively while collaborating across multiple departments.
