About the Senior Tax Manager Role:
The Senior Tax Manager assists the Finance Director and monitors the whole Tax team, assessing the team’s performance. You will also review all tax reports and build relationships and interact with clients and government agencies to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information needed for BIR and year-end audit
• Schedule weekly meetings with the regional finance managers
• Conduct training for Regional Finance Managers
• Monitor all business permits and renewal of all government agencies
• Take charge and be the final approver of payroll-HQ and regions
• Monitor the return salary, consolidate the last pay, return salary, employees benefits and monthly payroll for BIR filing
• Update the company’s confidential records such as General Information Sheet and SEC paper

To succeed in this Senior Tax Manager role, you must have at least seven years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting and local taxation expertise.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus
• Strong leadership skills, driven, committed and proactive
• Strong organisation and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
