About the Data Governance Head Role:
You will be leading the digital bank’s development and implementation of policies and frameworks relating to privacy, data protection and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a data governance policy, framework, and processes, and communicate across the group
• Effectively identify and assess risks relating to data quality and privacy
• Create training and advisory for privacy awareness and how risks can be effectively managed
• Develop secure and systematic end-to-end data life cycle to comply with internal and external regulators

To succeed in this Data Governance Head role, you need to be strategic and has strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years' experience in data privacy, governance or data protection in a bank or similar reputable financial services company
• Knowledgeable in all areas of data management- including analytics and artificial intelligence
• At least three years' people management experience
• Proficiency in with updated knowledge of BSP’s data and privacy regulations
• Excellent know-how of banking operations in a similar business
• Integrity, flexibility, and people skills
