About the Compliance Transformation Lead Role:
In this business critical position, you will carry out process improvements and transformation projects for a more robust compliance processes for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements on AML and CFT and plan out improvements in controls and processes
• Evaluate, review, and advise on all transformation activities relating to financial crime compliance
• Act as an advisor for all AML projects - training, walkthroughs and implementation
• Design and efficient to end-to-end process to combat financial crime
• Ensure an environment of compliance awareness company-wide

To succeed in the Compliance Transformation Lead role, you must be a seasoned compliance manager who has implemented successful AML or FCC projects in another reputable financial services organisation.

Key Requirements:

• At least seven years' experience doing AML in a financial service (banking, insurance, or similar) company
• Proficiency in with updated knowledge of AML regulations
• Experience designing and implementing successful financial crime compliance process improvements and projects
• Integrity, flexibility, and people skills
