About the Chief Compliance Officer Role:
In this business critical position, you will be leading the compliance framework and activities for the bank and subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure policies and systems are in place for compliance of the business to safeguard the bank from regulatory risks
• Advise and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders regarding potential risks and presenting a compliance plan
• Provide training to different bank units on relevant laws and regulations
• Represent the bank to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), AMLC, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies

To succeed in the Chief Compliance Officer position, you must be a senior leader in compliance in the banking industry.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least 10 years of leadership experience in a large bank
• Extensive exposure to managing a large team
• Experience in setting up and putting up structure for compliance
• Extensive knowledge of local regulations and must have a good relationship with regulators
