About the Compliance Assurance Officer Role:
In this business critical position, you will be heavily involved in planning and conducting independent compliance reviews of identified risks for the business units and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the Head of Compliance Testing in planning and implementing the plans for compliance review of operational units and branches
• Ensure compliance of offices with the applicable laws, regulations, and standards of internal and external regulators
• Conduct AML compliance testing and reviews and provide recommendations
• Assist the Compliance Testing Unit Head in preparing the compliance review reports
• Keep abreast of the latest updates on relevant laws, rules, and regulations

To succeed in this Compliance Assurance Officer role, you must have experience in doing compliance testing or review in another bank and have in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance with BSP regulations.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years of experience doing compliance testing, compliance review, or internal audit
• Experience in IT audit is a plus
• Proficiency and updated knowledge of BSP regulations
• Excellent know-how of banking operations in a similar business position with integrity, flexibility, and people skills
