What you'll do:

As our Chief Compliance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in steering our organisation towards safe operational conduct. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our comprehensive compliance program. Your expertise will guide us in adhering to legal standards and in-house policies, ensuring we operate ethically and lawfully. Your collaborative nature will foster strong relationships with corporate counsels and HR departments, enabling efficient monitoring of enforcement of standards and regulations.   • Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
  • Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
