About the Business Development Head (Loans) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing and driving strategies, facilitating and conducting end-to-end project management for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end project management including launching of new products
• Determine and identify avenues for new business opportunities, provide strategies and business models
• Ensure timely launching of the products and conduct assessment/post-launch analysis
• Work and collaborate with relevant teams in the development of the products

To succeed in this Business Development Head (Loans) role, you must have analytical skills and end-to-end project management experience.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate of business management or other relevant courses
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in launching projects/product development within the banking or financial industry specifically in the field of loans

• Superior communication and leadership skills
