Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the credit underwriting process by ensuring it is in accordance with the bank's credit policy and procedures
• Diverse exposure in home and auto loans credit underwriting

• Support the consumer credit operations team in ensuring collection targets are achieved, and credit limits are continually reviewed
• Monitor and track portfolio performance against the set benchmark

Key Requirements:

• Strong people management skills, at least five years of experience managing a big team with at least five direct reports
• Knowledgeable in home and auto loans end-to-end process
