About the Division Head – Credit Management Role:
In this role, you will be contributing to the growth and development of the Credit Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of policies, procedures and processes of the credit verifiers
• Strategize and develop credit evaluation processes
• Manage a large team; develop their competencies by providing training or coaching
• Ensure targets of the division, KPIs and TAT, are met or exceeded

To be successful in this Division Head – Credit Management role, you must have extensive knowledge in credit management, strong people management experience, and comfortable in processing fast-paced credit evaluation such as auto loans.

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years significant work experience in credit management
• Strong people management with five-year experience in a supervisory role
• Experience in credit management with motorcycle financing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of credit scoring, its technology and systems
• Had projects related to smooth processing of credit score
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
