About the Division Head – Retail Loans (Pangasinan) Role:
In this role, you will be contributing to the growth and development of the retail loans group in the Pangasinan region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the division in acquiring and managing loan through branch/unit referrals- corporate, consumer, or corporate tie-ups, etc., for the assigned region
• Spearhead process, policy, and system improvements of the division
• Take charge of business profitability, hitting targets, cross selling, maintaining costs and budgets, monitoring credit accommodation and maintaining quality loan portfolio
• Maintain the effective operations of business centre in accordance with the customer’s expectations and bank policies from Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulatory bodies’ regulations
• Accommodate corporate and corporate-related events i.e. client calls, site inspection for project accreditation, etc.

To be successful in this Division Head – Retail Loans (Pangasinan) job, you should have solid business development and relationship building skills, and strong knowledge on lending.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in retail loans and other retail bank products
• Strong people management experience from a reputable bank
• Proven success in managing and leading profitable teams within Pangasinan region
• Keen to be based in Calasiao/Pangasinan; must be willing to travel
• Excellent written, communication, and stakeholder management skills
